Last month, when Five Finger Death Punch announced a huge European tour with Megadeth as direct support and Bad Wolves opening, we were taken aback for two reasons.
One was that this means Megadeth frontman Dave Mustaine felt confident enough in his cancer treatments, that he is booking tours again. And two, that Five Finger Death Punch is so big that Megadeth opens for them now. It's pretty impressive. These sort of things aren't just randomly determined, they are based on record sales in the region.
