We just received this breaking news press release concerning Ozzy Osbourne's show tonight at Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View, CA. It has been postponed due to Ozzy suffering an injury.

OZZY OSBOURNE's Saturday, October 6 show at Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View, CA has being postponed due to illness. The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee and Grammy®-winning singer and songwriter is being treated for an infection, which required surgery on his hand this morning (Saturday, October 6). OSBOURNE will spend a couple of days at Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles where he'll remain under doctor's care as they monitor the infection. The show is part of OZZY's North American "NO MORE TOURS 2," produced by Live Nation,and is expected to resume on Tuesday, October 9 at Mattress Firm Amphitheatre in Chula Vista before this leg of the tour wraps with shows at the Hollywood Bowl (October 11) in Los Angeles and Las Vegas (October 13) at the MGM Grand Garden Arena. Stone Sour will perform on these three shows.
The October 6 show has been rescheduled for Tuesday, October 16 (support act for the new date is TBA). Ticket holders for the October 6 show should hold on to their tickets, as they will be honored at the rescheduled date on October 16. Refunds are also available at point of purchase.
Other than tonight, there are only three remaining dates on Ozzy's North American tour:
- Tue 10/9 Chula Vista, CA – Mattress Firm Amphitheatre
- Thu 10/11 Los Angeles, CA – Hollywood Bowl
- Sat 10/13 Las Vegas, NV – MGM Grand Garden Arena
Sadly, Stone Sour announced they would not be able to make the make-up date with Ozzy:
San Francisco, we regret to inform you that our show tonight at Shoreline is cancelled due to an illness by Ozzy. The Ozzy show will be rescheduled for Oct 16, however Stone Sour is NOT able to do the rescheduled date. The SD, LA and Vegas shows are on as scheduled.
