We Came As Romans tragically lost their 28-year old lead singer Kyle Pavone this August due to a suspected accidental overdose. Since then, the band and Pavone's family have launched the Kyle Pavone Foundation, which is "a promise to serve and advocate for the musician community in their time of greatest need, providing hope and a means to carry on."
In addition to the foundation, We Came As Romans has now announced a benefit show for Pavone on October 28 at the Fillmore in Detroit, Michigan titled "Promise Me."
Co-vocalist for We Came As Romans Dave Stephens says the show will feature "a whole bunch of guest vocalists, guest musicians, tons of DJS. It's just gonna be a big party celebrating all the awesome things Kyle did in his life." The benefit show will also double as an opening spot or Bullet For My Valentine.
We Came As Romans has previously announced they will carry on without Pavone. Keep up with the benefit show's details and ticket sales via the Kyle Pavone Foundation website.
