Lambgoat is reporting that a fan died as a result of falling in the pit at a Bring Me The Horizon show last night (November 30th) in Alexandra Palace in London, UK. Alenxandra Palace is a major venue, with a capacity of over 10,000.

In a since-deleted tweet,  Griffin Dickinson, vocalist of UK rock band Shvpes, wrote "Last night at a BMTH show I saw a kid die. He was carried out by 3 dudes & paramedics tried to resuscitate him to no avail. Please please please look out for people around you."

Dickinson went on to write "Please please please look out for people around you. Don't leave it up for someone else. If someone looks unwell, CHECK on them. In any situation, on a tube, at a gig, whatever. I feel like British 'awkwardness' gets in the way of helping people. Don't be afraid to call an ambulance. Don't act like it ain't your business. ACT on it. Rest in peace to that dude. Thoughts are with his family [right now]."

The victim has only been identified by first name, "Ali," and no further info available. Tweets from friends and others at the scene have surfaced confirming the incident.

Update: The venue has commented that there was a "medical incident" that occurred at the show last night. Lambgoat reports the victim has been identified as Ali Mills and he died of a heart attack.

Update #2: Bring Me The Horizon have released an official statement.
