Exodus drummer Tom Hunting is currently undergoing chemotherapy for squamous cell carcinoma, and is doing very well so far! According to Exodus guitarist Gary Holt via Instagram, Hunting even okayed the band appearing at Psycho Las Vegas 2021, saying "if I'm walking, I'm drumming!" Which is great news!
"YEEEERAAAAAHHHH BAAABY!!! Back on a fucking stage!!!! When asked about doing this show, Tom said 'if I'm walking I'm drumming!' So we said BOOK THAT MOTHERFUCKER!!!" said Holt. "I may shed a tear or two in my many beers while on a metal vacation with [my wife Lisa]! See, we already booked rooms before being added! We were going ANYWAY!! So know, I get to go back to work for an hour then RAGE!!!!"
Exodus recently announced they're moving their long-awaited new album Persona Non Grata back from its original June release date to this November in order to accommodate Hunting's treatment.
Psycho Las Vegas 2021 will take place between August 20 and 22 at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, NV. Check out all the information about the festival here.
