Industrial/electronic duo Petbrick, featuring Sepultura/Cavalera Conspiracy drummer Iggor Cavalera and UK artist Wayne Adams, have announced their second LP, Liminal, and they're celebrating the occasion with a trippy, cinematic video for the track, "Primer." You can check it out below.

Talking about the track and the accompanying video, Adams said via press release that, "‘Primer’ is a brutal smash to the face; a slow build lets rip with an unholy blast of thunderous drums and blasts of crushing distorted kick drums. The video for ‘Primer’ is a visual feast of lo-fi glitch and rot, tapping into the initial dread, horror, and release of a journey inwards.”

That description alone should tell you all you need to know about Petbrick and "Primer"—other than the splendid hybrid of all things heavy, electronic, and percussive makes for one impressive cornucopia of sound.

A pre-order/pre-save for the album is available here (for orders outside of North America, click here). The album was recorded and mixed by Wayne Adams at Bearbiteshorse Studio in London, and mastered by Stephen Kerrison at Tall Trees Audio Mastering. The album comes complete with art direction/design by Chris Reeder and Petbrick, as well as the Liminal logo designed by by Iggor Cavalera. The record also contains guest contributions from Steve Von Till (Neurosis), Jacob Bannon (Converge), Paula Rebbeledo (Rakta), and rappers Lord Goat and Truck Jewelz.

In addition to the release of Liminal, Petbrick will also be supporting Converge and Full Of Hell on a European tour slated for this November. You can find all of the confirmed dates so far below.
