Three bands have been in the news lately in regards to their forthcoming records:
> SEE YOU NEXT TUESDAY have been keeping fans updated on their MySpace blog on the record process for their upcoming release Intervals. The band has announced that the release will see the light of day on October 14th. Guitars, bass and drums have already been completed. Also, Nate Johnson recorded vocals for a guest spot on the record. Unfamiliar with SYNT? Check out a bunch of live videos.
> UNEARTH have completed work on their new album, The March due on October 14 via Metal Blade Records. The March was recorded at both MA’s System Recording Studios and Zing Studios with producer Adam Dutkiewicz of KILLSWITCH ENGAGE. UNEARTH front man Trevor Phipps states, “The March symbolizes both the evil and hopeful sides of humanity." Sounds deep.
> In his weekly MetalSucks column, Dallas Coyle announced that the new GOD FORBID record has been pushed back to a late January/early February release due to mixing issues.
