Bam Margera was reported missing on Monday after leaving a Florida rehab facility. Margera reportedly said he was unhappy with the facility and left despite being there as part of a court ordered Marchman Act, which CBS News said "provides emergency assistance and temporary detention for individuals requiring substance abuse evaluation and treatment in the state of Florida."
Now according to TMZ, Margera was found by police and a crisis intervention team and has been returned to the facility. TMZ further reports that Margera voluntarily returned to the facility and is alright. We wish Margera all the best in his ongoing recovery.
Margera celebrated one year of successfully completing rehab this May. The road to sobriety has not been an easy one for Margera. He famously skipped out on rehab in 2019, only to be arrested and returned to his treatment facility after exhibiting bizarre behavior in a Los Angeles hotel.
Then, he sued Paramount and his former Jackass co-stars, saying he was prevented from being in Jackass Forever after being presented with a list of demands that Margera claimed were unreasonable. After evidence to the contrary was presented, Margera dropped the suit. Still, we're rooting for Margera to make a full recovery.
