ALICE IN CHAINS' JERRY CANTRELL Would Love To Jam With MIKE PATTON

"It's amazing to see all the notes and the different art that he puts out."

Jerry-Cantrell

Alice In Chains guitarist and solo artist Jerry Cantrell would love (as we all would) to work with legendary vocalist Mike Patton. According to Cantrell in an interview with Matt Stock's Life In The Stocks podcast, he's never jammed with Patton but would "love to."

"Patton is sick," said Cantrell. "I love how versatile he is, the energy that he is, and he's got so many different voices; I don't think he's ever satisfied, and that's why he keeps swimming so fast. It's amazing to see all the notes and the different art that he puts out."

Cantrell also revealed he attended the recent Mr. Bungle reunion shows, and even "took a little bit of a lesson out of [Patton's] book by going it alone and making indie records."

So yeah. We need a Cantrell and Patton project, like now.
