By far one of the most heartbreaking moments this year was when After The Burial guitarist Justin Lowe was found dead after having a very serious mental breakdown. While the band vowed that it would one day return full force, there's going to be a little downtime between now and then.
Rather than sit around and twiddle their collective thumbs, the band has done something awesome and made commemorative Justin Lowe merchandise! All the proceeds from these sales will go to The Wildlife Rehabilitation Center of Minnesota and the To Write Love On Her Arms foundation, which is a group that helps those struggling with depression, addiction, self-injury, and suicide. Just overall a really, genuinely awesome gesture by the band to Lowe's family and friends, as well as fans!
