Slowtorch is here with their burning, straightforward new single "Kraken." The song is off Slowtorch's coming record The Machine Has Failed due out April 27, which you really need if you're into absolute earworms with chunky riffs.
"Thousands of migrants have died on the Mediterranean," said the band. "'Kraken' was written during the height of the crisis: it's about someone trying to escape from a desperate situation in order to build a new life somewhere far away across the sea, and the dangers and losses they face heading into the unknown."
