NECROPANTHER's New Single "One And Only" Is Pure Blackened Thrash

A genuinely insane performance.

Necropanther

Colorado blackened thrash unit Necropanther will release their long-awaited new record Betrayal on March 3, and is now streaming the devastating single "One And Only." If you're looking for a tight-as-hell performance that's energetic as much as it is vicious, you're going to love this.

"These are areas we've never explored before, like backwards guitar, Marcus using a screwdriver on a bass track, and harmonized whammy leads," said guitarist Joe Johnson.

"This is the first album where I have guitar solos," said vocalist and guitarist Paul Anop, "It definitely challenged me and helped me grow as a musician."

"Testing the limits of my bass performance, playing with atypical sounds and taking on vocals was both massively challenging and rewarding," added bassist Marcus Corich.

Betrayal was mixed by David Castillo (Carcass, Kreator, Katatonia) of Ghost Ward Studios in Stockholm, Sweden. "I loved working with these guys. Their music and performances are so pure and raw in a very good way," added Castillo. "You can hear that each one of them put their heart into the music and the delivery is outstanding. They need the cred that they deserve, and I wish them the best of luck!"

Pre-orders for Betrayal are available here.
