Harakiri For The Sky will release completely re-recorded versions of their 2012 self-titled album and 2014 album Aokigahara on December 9. The new versions of the albums will feature drummer Krimh (Septicflesh) and re-designed cover artwork by Art Of Maquenda. In the meantime, you can check out the band's cover of Tears For Fears' "Mad World" originally featured as a bonus track on Aokigahara.

"As some of you might know, we had produced these albums ourselves and wanted to re-do both with the recent possibilities that we have," said the band. "We did our best to keep their original spirit, but added a vibe that seemed more fitting to the current standards of this band. Ten years ago, we couldn't really imagine where this journey would lead us to, so redacting these first, but nevertheless very important tentative steps was something really dear to us."

Pre-orders are available here in the US and here in Europe.
