We were supposed to get a new Gojira album this year, but that was put on hold. The band were very kind to release a new track, "Another World," this summer, and now they offer a live performance of a 2003 track, that they've never released. The song is called "Inferno."
The band recorded the performance in their very own Silver Cord Studio in New York City, and just posted it.
Gojira was in the studio in some capacity in September 2019. Prior to that, drummer Mario Duplantier said "I can tell you that, yeah, we are working very hard on the new stuff. Work is in progress, and we are very, very, very happy and super proud of it. We just can't wait to give you more details." It's also been four years since Gojira released Magma.
Make sure to also listen to "Another World."
