GOJIRA Drops Absolutely Crushing New Song "Into The Storm"

This song SHREDS SO HARD.

The new Gojira single "Into The Storm" is not fucking around. The song comes in fast and hard throughout the intro, brings on a devastating gallop riff in the chorus, and at no point relents. Plus there's an insane section at the end that brings everything the band does throughout the song together. I cannot say enough good things about this song and will very likely be blasting it for the rest of the day.

"This song is infused with the concept of civil disobedience," said guitarist and vocalist Joe Duplantier. "Acting accordingly with our deepest wisdom and standing for what is precious and good in this world. The only possible revolution is the one that blossoms from within us. Change will come from individuals. Laws are meant to be bent and shaped to our vital needs. LAWS WILL FOLLOW!"

Gojira will release their new album Fortitude on April 30. Fortitude was recorded and produced by Duplantier at Silver Cord Studio – Gojira’s Ridgewood, Queens, headquarters – and mixed by Andy Wallace (Nirvana, Rage Against The Machine).
