Danzig is gearing up to release a brand new album, Black Laden Crown, in about a month, on May 26th via his new Nuclear Blast imprint, Evilive.
Today, the first single, "Devil on Hwy 9," was released to radio stations and internet streaming services. The track begins with about a minute and a half of solid riffing, and then Danzig's vocals come in. While initially, his voice sounds a bit jarring, eventually it all works out, and after a few listens, I'm into the track.
