Between the Buried and Me have recently been working with longtime producer Jamie King to remix and remaster their back catalog. The band is now streaming "Alaska" off the album of the same name, and just like the new versions of albums that came before this one, it sounds friggin' incredible. The band thinks so as well.
"The new mix has really reconfirmed how much I enjoy this album," said vocalist and keyboardist Tommy Rogers. "The Alaska era was a huge turning point for the band, and I think this album now sounds how we originally intended it to. Hopefully, our fans will reconnect with the album in a new way like I have. Regardless, I’m extremely excited for the world to hear these songs!"
Alaska was Between the Buried and Me's first record with addition of Dustie Waring on guitar, Dan Briggs on bass, and Blake Richardson on drums. The newly remixed and remastered version is out September 25 and can be pre-ordered here.
