Alterbeast, now equipped with Flub vocalist Michael Alvarez, Wastewalker guitarist Nate Graham, and Trivium drummer Alex Bent (who is just drumming on Feast and isn't an official member of Alterbeast) alongside founding Alterbeast guitarist Andrew Lamb, will release its new album Feast on February 23. The band's new song "Apex Night Eclipse" is everything from piano-laden spookiness to flat out death metal with a side of heavy shred, or in other words just fucking rules overall.
The album was recorded with Zack Ohren (Immolation, Fallujah) at Sharkbite Studios in Oakland, CA and will also feature a cover of "Where Dead Angels Lie" by Dissection.
