We've seen big brands co-opt metal before, and usually the results are pretty fun. KFC did an amazing black metal commercial, FedEx had a similarly great black metal parody, and Municipal Waste were featured in a Vans commercial. And then there is the most metal SuperBowl commercial ever. So there is history, there.
Virgin Mobile wanted to get the word out that the Samsung Galaxy S5 so they decided to give the good dudes in Exmortus a shot at writing a metal tune celebrating the release of the S5. Exmortus killed it:
Good for these guys for making a bit of dough by appearing in one of these. These guys are no slouches when it comes to metal either, having released the excellent Slave to the Sword earlier this year on Prosthetic. Here is their latest music video:
