Roseanne, arguably the best sitcom of all time, is set to premiere an eight episode season where the show is relaunched for the modern age, checking in with the Conners in modern times.
Last night, during the telecast of the Oscars, ABC was teasing the first look at the returning show. When the teaser trailer hit, we were met with a very familiar riff… AC/DC's "Whole Lotta Rosie."

Of course, from a marketing standpoint, it makes perfect sense to license the song since it sort of mentions the title character, but did the producers actually take a second to listen to some of the lyrics? "She ain't exactly pretty/Ain't exactly small/Fourt'two thirt'ninefiftysix/You could say she's got it all."
I'm cautiously optimistic about the series relaunch, which airs its premiere later this month.
