Rammstein frontman Till Lindemann turned 60 years old today, January 4, and artist Roxxy erected a statue of his likeness in the city of Rostock. According to German news outlet NDR, the statue was stolen less than 24 hours after it was put up because apparently someone is a real bastard. So happy birthday Till – sorry it got ruined pretty much immediately.
NDR is asking anyone with any information on the theft to reach out to the Rostock police headquarters. Also, we're asking for any information on how to look as good as Lindemann does on our 60th birthday.
"Early happy birthday, Till Lindemann. I made you a statue," wrote Roxxy in her Instagram post about the statue on the night of January 3. "Till Lindeman was born 04.01.1963 in Leipzig and grew up to become the biggest Rockstar of germany as the singer of famous Rammstein. The statue is located in Rostock, Evershagen in front of the house where Till lived in his youth."
