Ohio Man Accused Of Sexually Assaulting A Woman At A Korn Concert Turns Himself In

A man accused of sexually assaulting a woman during a August 16th Korn concert in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio has turned himself in, according to Fox 8 News.

According to the local sheriff's office, the victim told police that a heavily intoxicated man had grabbed her breasts. She was unable to identify the suspect, however she did offer a photo of him to police.

Police sent out a post on their Facebook page, and the alleged assailant was identified as Ryan Bollas, 44, of Northfield Center Township. Bollas turned himself into authorities and admitted guilt. He has been charged with sexual imposition, a third degree misdemeanor. The assaulter's excuse was that he was heavily intoxicated, which is no excuse at all.

Bollas could spend up to six months in prison and get a $500 fine, if convicted. He would also be classified as a Tier 1 sex offender and need to register with his local county sheriff's office once a year for fifteen years.

Bollas is currently out on $5,000 bail and will be back in court next month.
