Jonathan Davis needs to lawyer up, because he's being sued to the tune of $250,000. Coincidentally, Davis is being sued by his old legal representation. Davis, who has quite the fascination with serial killers, was tied to a project to open up the "American Curiosities Museum," a museum that would focus on said serial killers.
The plan fell through, and Davis ended up being sued in 2006 by his partner in the venture. Lawyers managed to get Davis acquitted in his suits, but then came the problem… Davis never paid his lawyers.
According to TMZ, Davis' representation was owed $158,407 for settling the case in 2006. They agreed to a payment plan of $1,000 a month, but Davis allegedly stopped paying after two months. The lawyers are now suing for the remaining balance plus interest, which ends up being $256,021.
I would assume whomever Davis hires to represent him would likely want some sort of upfront payment, right?
