BLACK FLAG's Greg Ginn Accused of Child Abuse

…and he's most likely a P.O.S.

…and he's most likely a P.O.S.

Black Flag founding guitarist Greg Ginn has a reputation for being a bit of a hard-ass. That's why most of the original Black Flag refused to get back with Ginn on this reunion.

Turns out dudes in bands aren't the only people Ginn likes to intimidate. His two daughters allegedly get the same treatment. His ex-wife, Marina Ginn, filed an affidavit documenting some of the ways Ginn has abused the former couple's two young daughters.

Among the accusations is that he would starve them and then make them eat unpalatable food like lettuce with vinegar, or soups with very strong spices in them. Other accusations include forcing them to clean his industrial-sized warehouse home at one in the morning under threats of throwing out their toys, calling them fat when they request food or alternatively whistling at them and saying "You're hot."

Marina also accuses the guitarist of drug and alcohol abuse while he should be supervising their children, and claims her children are exposed to intense violence on a regular basis. She's currently seeking an Emergency Motion to Modify the Parent-Child Relationship in order to get her daughters removed from her ex-husband’s custody. Additionally, a crowdfunding page has been set up to help cover legal costs.

Ginn has not commented on the situation, but if this proves to be true, and there is a good chance it will be, it's safe to say that Greg Ginn is a total piece of shit.
