It's pretty tough to gauge exactly where Guns N' Roses is with their potential new record. We've heard Guns N' Roses will hit the studio after they do some touring this October, but we also heard rumors that they already hit the studio in April.
In an interview during the Trunk Nation LA Invasion: Live From The Rainbow Bar & Grill event, bassist Duff McKagan was exactly zero percent helpful with any new information, saying:
"There's nothing else I can tell you… Things are super, super, super positive in that camp. We are having the best times of our lives right now, I think. Things are going well. So you'll hear more from us."
When asked about if they were in the studio in April, McKagan said:
"In classic GN'R vernacular, I'm not gonna say anything. We'll keep the mystique."
So basically just assume there's a new Guns N' Roses record coming in either 2019 or 2020, it seems. That sure looks like the direction the band has been headed in lately.
