2020 is just about wrapping up and Billboard has published their top artists for the year. Topping the charts for categories like Hard Rock Album, Mainstream Rock Songs, and Top Rock Albums are artists like Queen, Five Finger Death Punch, Elton John, and Metallica. Frankly it's not too surprising, though the amount of greatest hits records on two of the three charts are a little disappointing. Not surprising, but disappointing nevertheless.
