Willow Smith performed on The Tonight Show last night, May 21st, and she didn't come alone. She brought drummer Travis Barker and renowned shredder Lari Basilio to help her perform her new single "t r a n s p a r e n t s o u l"
During the interview portion, Willow revealed her motivation for picking up guitar, and no it wasn't Hendrix or Prince, it was actually Micheal friggen Cera.
“I honestly think it was a brewing in me for a while that I knew I needed to play an instrument to really call myself and a musician, and really wanted to do that,” she revealed to Fallon. “It was around the time that I found out that Michael Cera had made music.”
