Want To Hear A New(ish) METALLICA Song? You Sure?

Last night was the first of a series of shows Metallica is performing in San Francisco to commemorate their 30th anniversary as a band. As a thank you to long time fans, they released the above track, Hate Train, which was a left-over from their Death Magnetic sessions. It's very hard to find positive things to say about this song. Is calling it a song a compliment? Because that's all I got. Jaymz's vocals are terrible, the riffs are forgettable and the song is never-ending.

Metallica's set at the show, unlike this track actually seemed like a fun time. Check it out:

01. The Call Of Ktulu
02. No Remorse (full version)
03. The Shortest Straw
04. Leper Messiah
05. The Day That Never Comes
06. Carpe Diem Baby (first time performed live)
