MISCARRIAGE's Inconceivable Blend of Metal Wreaks Havoc on "III"

It's really difficult to find the words to accurately describe Miscarriage. "Depraved" or "debased" might do it justice, but even still that's a very superficial term for what this international duo does. Their newest effort, Imminent Horror, arrives February 22. In its depths are seven numbered tracks that undoubtedly will shake listeners to the core. Each song is a nightmare—terror incarnate—destined to wake someone up in a cold sweat.

One instance, in particular, "III," runs almost seven minutes long and is the sonic equivalent of the void screaming back. It's completely amelodic with no semblance of rhythm. It's simply a lurching mass of sludge, doom, noise, and gore that takes no true shape in the most wonderfully heinous way possible.

Stream "III" now and preorder a copy of the record from Sentient Ruin Laboratories… if you dare.
