Let's go through this one thing at a time, right? First, Peelander-Z are a band from New York and they just released an album called Metalander-Z. Second, they've used only gear from the 80's on the record because they really wanted to get the classic 80's sound. Third, what the living hell is going on?
"Killer Thunder" is objectively a terrible song… but I think that's the appeal. I had to ask around, and a dude I work with says they play a lot of conventions. So I think they're a novelty band. I think. I really don't know and this song is so bad I've listened to it three times tonight because it's like watching a train wreck.
