Relapse is the twelvth, and what main man Al Jourgensen promises to be the absolute final record with the Ministry name tag on it. It's fast. It's heavy. It's Ministry. With some help from collaboraters, Mike Scaccia (Rigor Mortis), Tony Campos (Static X), Tommy Victor (Prong) and Casey Orr (Rigor Mortis, GWAR), Jourgensen has another classic on his hands.
