Lamb Of God's Mark Morton is one hell of a guitarist, though if you've never been too convinced of that, now's your chance! Morton posted a new track called "Snowbound," which features Jean-Paul Gaster of Clutch fame on drums, and is apparently a teaser of things to come from a currently unnamed (we think) Morton project!
One fan commented that he loved the track and wasn't too sure how other Lamb Of God fans would feel about it, to which Morton replied with the following.
Take a breath? Hah!…. interesting point of view….stylistically, I wouldn't expect Lamb fans to necessarily like this. But in terms of technique, this stuff is FAR more difficult than anything I've ever played in Lamb Of God. It just is. Thanks for checking it out!
