What you're about to see is Japanese grindcore band Viscera Infest performing a song called "PARACOCCIDIOIDOMICOSISPROCTITISSARCOMUCOSIS," which we can't pronounce either. Aside from the drummer of the band being really damn good, Viscera Infest's live show has a whole separate component to it – cockroach moshing.
I don't get it either, but I kind of want to be a part of it. It might look silly as hell, but everyone doing it looks like they're having a blast.
