Jailed Ex-BURY YOUR DEAD Guitarist To Release Solo Album From Prison

Remember Eric Ellis? The former Bury Your Dead guitarist was sent to jail for 20 years for gang-related activity last December. Seeing as though he's had a lot of free time on his hands, Ellis has completed work on a solo record, and he is very proud of it.

ThePRP got their hands on a statement from Ellis announcing the album:

“This project began to take shape in my time off between Bury Your Dead tours. it went through many different forms as it evolved over the years… You (will) have the choice collection from that expanse… (for) those who can appreciate the precision and beauty of technical music, Gevicht is my legacy.”

There is a Youtube page dedicated to the Gevicht project and the tracks sound like a djentier Bury Your Dead. Sorry, Eric, Gevicht will not be your legacy, your legacy will be your Sons of Anarchy-like gang-related activity that landed you in jail for the next two decades. Ellis began his appeals process in June.
