Inter Arma will be dropping their new EP-type thing The Cavern on October 14 via Relapse Records. It's hard to call the release an EP considering it's just one track of the same title, but let's roll with that title for the sake of clarity right now. The song was written in 2009 and has undergone several revisions leading up to this point, including the addition of Windhand vocalist Dorthia Cottrell. Check out the trailer for the release below!
Honestly, I think this has a lot of potential considering what's being showcased on the trailer. It sounds like there's a really good blend of stuff going on here, and this is coming from the dude that really didn't care for their 2013 album Sky Burial all too much. Plus, I'm glad to see bands experimenting with releases like this. Why release something normal between full-lengths? Get weird!
