Rammstein just know how to think big. I'm assuming their label came to them and said, "hey, we have this greatest hits package we want to put out, and we have this much money to market it, what do we do?" Those whacky Germans came back with "build us a mausoleum damn it." They went all out with a horse-drawn hearse, death masks and burning vigils. It looks awesome.
