Hour of Penance and Fleshgod Apocalypse are the two Italian metal bands blowing me right the hell away currently, more so the former. Why? Because this new track "Resurgence of the Empire" is downright brutal as hell! Plus it was totally recorded, mixed and mastered at Rome's 16th Cellar Studios, or the studio Fleshgod Apocalypse owns. So yeah, they absolutely go hand in hand. Hour of Penance are going to be dropping their new album Regicide on May 16, but you'll probably figure it out when it starts raining blood and dead bodies.
