When you hear Kirk Hammett, the guitarist of Metallica, has a new track, you have a certain expectation right?
Get ready for it to be shattered! Hammett contributed a track to a tribute album put together by artist Mark Ryden called The Gay Nineties Old Tyme Music: Daisy Bell. It was a charitable donation, as all proceeds go to children's' music education charities.
The comp features Hammett, along with musicians like Weird Al, Katy Perry, Tyler the Creator and others covering an old 1892 track “Daisy Bell (Bicycle Built for Two).” Well, here's how Kirk interpreted it:
