MetalSucks just alerted me to the fact that the VBS documentary, Heavy Metal In Baghdad is an amazing documentary about the only Iraqi metal band, ACRASSICAUDA. The doc follows their plight and exit from Iraq and how hard it was to get out. They have since relocated to New Jersey and are working on demos. I saw these guys at Scion Fest and it was great to see them make it over and enjoy metal just like the rest of us. This is really a touching story that every metalhead could relate to.
