When I heard the news of the passing of Dave Brockie, I immediately thought of the rest of GWAR and how they were doing. GWAR was a Richmond, VA institution employing nearly 20 artists to make the scumdogs happen.

WTVR CBS-6 in Virginia headed to the SlavePit headquarters yesterday and got some very touching tributes from some of the "slaves" in the band, intercut with previous interviews the station did with Brockie. It was hard to watch, but also incredibly touching:
