The RIP a Livecast recently launched a new segment called Beyond The Band, where we put a spotlight on the people that work behind the scenes to bring you the music you love. From techs, to A&R, we hope to spotlight all the different vocations that occur in heavy metal.
The first edition features Chris "T-rope" Tropea who talks about his skills as a tech and stage manager. In this interview T-Rope teaches us about the Dillinger Escape Plan 'boot camp', how to develop a career in this field and what it takes to be Prince's right hand man.
