If you follow the Amphetamine Reptile Records pages (or Melvins website), you might've noticed Melvins released a new record called Bad Mood Rising on vinyl earlier this month. The record was never formally announced and there were no singles. It just showed up on vinyl. And much like that vinyl release, Melvins has now released Bad Mood Rising on all streaming services as well!
Bad Mood Rising is six tracks and 40 minutes long, making for a generally sludgy affair aided by Earth's Dylan Carlson on the opener "Mister Dog Is Totally Right."
You can also catch Melvins in the middle of their Five Legged Tour tonight in Asbury Park.
