Never say never in the music business. That's what we've learned from all of our years of covering. And that statement never rang truer than with the arrival of the new Faith No More album, Sol Invictus, coming next Tuesday, May 19th. The band knew their fans are impatient, so they are offering a full album stream over a week ahead of release. I've had some time with the album already, and I can tell you it is a masterpiece. I love it from beginning to end with the standout tracks for me being "Sunny Side Up," "Matador," and "Separation Anxiety." These songs will get stuck in your head and that is not a bad thing.
Kudos to Mike Patton and company for absolutely delivering on their comeback record. What's your favorite track?
