New Jersey masters of spew Trog, formerly Troglorot, are puking their disgusting death metal riffs all over the damn place. So maybe consider moving anything you want un-vomited away from your speakers.
Kidding aside, Trog released their new EP Of Vomit Reborn this July and it's been slowly festering just under the surface until now. The EP covers everything from straightforward and groovy death metal, to more Death-esque harmonies that wouldn't be out of place on a Phobophilic effort. The end result is five (six if you count the intro) stomach-churning tracks sure to make you see your lunch again.
