Former CEREBRAL BORE Vocalist Covers AQUA's "Barbie Girl"

This is one way to stage a comeback. After releasing a brief statement about why she left Cerebral Bore, Simone “Som” Pluijmers has kept a relatively low profile. That is, until a few days ago when she uploaded a new video of herself doing a death metal cover of the 90s pop song "Barbie Girl." Take a listen:

I mean, if you were around in the 90s, you definitely heard this song. And really, who isn't guilty of having a dumb pop song in their head and then maybe giving it the death metal vocal growl treatment in the shower. Som just happened to record hers. While this is probably something I will never listen to again, I do appreciate the sentiment. At the same time, I hope Som finds a new band to unleash those killer vocals for.
