Evan Brewer (The Faceless, ex-Animosity) is really coming into his own as a composer, and it shows on his latest album trailer.

A lot of people seem to have their butts all hurt over the fact that Evan Brewer's upcoming record isn't just solo bass, but why? The world already has a thousand of those, and yeah Brewer is plenty interesting by himself, but the stuff he's doing with a band right now is absolutely phenomenal. This is a step outside just composing with one timbre and getting into all types of different sounds, and that's awesome; big ups to Brewer for doing so! On a listener level I'm pumped for this because it's damn fine music that sounds like a confused Faceless that got lost at a mariachi party or something like that. Are you ready to get lost at that party too?
