The Faceless played their first show in over two years last night at the 1720 in Los Angeles, CA, and announced this morning that vocalist James Dorton (Black Crown Initiate, Replacire) has joined the band. So here's hoping the The Faceless is slowly becoming more active again, right?
"We are thrilled to announce the one and only, James Dorton as our nee permanent frontman! You may know him from his previous band, Black Crown Initiate. I think I speak for all of us when I say that James is a monster and master of what he does and we are thrilled to have him in the band."
No word on if or when a new record with Dorton is coming soon, but here's hoping! Last we heard from guitarist and vocalist Michael Keene was in 2020 when he said he was working on a remix of the band's 2008 masterpiece Planetary Duality.
