Avenged Sevenfold are currently in the process of recording a new album, with their new drummer and today, on April Fool's Day, they decided to offer a little taste of what they are working on.
The clip starts out with M. Shadows welcoming everybody and then playing some funk that is clearly meant as a prank. And then, they actually play some noticeably Avenged Sevenfold riffage, that sounds great!

It is currently unknown what label the album will be on as the band is in the middle of a lawsuit with their former label, Warner. The band has one gig lined up this summer, opening for Metallica in Minnesota.
