A/V Roundup: MESHUGGAH Trailer, Revolver Golden Gods commercial, new Music from DEMON HUNTER, CHRISTIAN MISTRESS, BEREFT, ASPHYX, SLASH

It's Monday and my sinuses are acting up. I am pissed off but luckily some new metal music will get me through the day. Here we go:

Meshuggah released a trailer for their upcoming release, Koloss, out March 26th. You know how excited I am for this record. We also posted some live bootleg video of the band performing a new song over the weekend.

Chris Jericho is set to host  this year's Revolver Golden Gods (the third year in a row he's hosting) and he a few of the Gods got together and shot this pretty funny promo. Jerichhhooo!!!

Demon Hunter are releasing their new album, True Defiance on April 10th through Solid State Records, and have released the first track from the record for sampling. You can hear "Someone To Hate" on their Facebook page.

If you like stoner jams with a sultry female vocalist, you should check out the full album stream of Christian Mistress's new album, Possession. The album is streaming in full at Guitar World and comes out tomorrow (Feb. 28th) on Relapse.

Asphyx, the old school death metal band, have a new album, Deathhammer coming out tomorrow as well, and you can stream that awesome monstrosity over at Decibel.

Speaking of stoner jams, the new doom band, Bereft is streaming a new single over at MetalSucks. The band features  Sacha Dunable  (Intronaut/Graviton),  Charles Elliott (Abysmal Dawn), Derek Rydquist (ex-The Faceless), and Derek Donley (National Sunday Law/Graviton) . Worth checking out if you are into any of those bands.

If you're curious what Slash is up to, you can hear a track from his upcoming solo album here.

Finally, check out this trailer for iwrestledabearonce's upcoming horror film. Looks sort of awesome:
