If you ever wondering what it would sound like if Devin Townsend joined Being and took some cues from Deafheaven and Alcest for the heavier bits, then you've finally arrived at your answer – Astronoid.
The group will be releasing its debut album Air on June 10 via Blood Music, and we're premiering the band's brand new track "Up And Atom" today! It's a longer track that doesn't quite feel that long, and really captures that uplifting magic of metal in a major key without beating you over the head with it.
Oh, and it's heavy. It's definitely heavy and don't you think for one second that it's not going to happily kick you in the teeth.
